All you have to do is crush and brush! Crush the toothpaste tablet in your mouth, brush for 2 minutes with a wet toothbrush, and it’ll foam up for teeth-cleaning goodness!

Each ingredient in our toothpaste tablets is good for your oral and dental health. They are fluoride-free, using hydroxyapatite as an alternative with extra enamel-strengthening properties. Fluoride-free toothpaste is also an excellent alternative for those of us who suffer from perioral dermatitis.

1. Crush one toothpaste tablet in your mouth.

2. Wet your toothbrush and brush your teeth for two minutes. Don’t swallow!

3. For best results, wait about 30 minutes before rinsing
thoroughly with water.
