Shipping Timeframes

When you place an order with us, there are two important timeframes to consider:

Processing Time: This is the period during which we prepare your order for shipping. We aim to have all orders packed and ready to go within 2 business days after you've placed your order. Keep in mind that "business days" refer to Monday through Friday and do not include Canadian public holidays.

Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for your order to reach you once it leaves our fulfilment center. The clock starts when the carrier picks up your package from us.

Please remember that processing time is separate from shipping time. Your total wait time will be the sum of both times. We will keep you updated via email, so make sure you keep an eye on your inbox!

Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)

Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your order. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. The estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout based on your location.

International Shipping (Outside Canada) 

All international orders are shipped via a trusted international carrier. Delivery times vary based on the destination country but typically range from 5 to 15 business days.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other local requirements. Customers are responsible for these additional charges. 

Unfortunately, for international shipments, we can’t guarantee your package(s) will arrive at their destination within the time specified on the shipping option you have selected, as these shipments are subject to customs clearance processes by the destination country and can be delayed as a result. The Statement By Sandra Claire Inc. cannot control the actions or decisions regarding customs protocol.

Shipping Cost

We use Sendle for all Canadian and US shipments. From time to time, The Statement By Sandra Claire Inc. may offer promotional shipping rates. Please refer to our website or sign up for our newsletter for such offers.

For Canada: Standard shipping is available at $14 CAD, and expedited shipping at $22 CAD. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $150 CAD (before taxes). 

For the United States: Standard shipping is available at $14 USD, and expedited shipping at $22 USD. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $150 USD (before taxes).

Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Changes to Shipping Address

We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.
