If you are ordering within the United States or Canada, it is unlikely that your order will incur duties and taxes, especially if the total value is under $200. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will not incur additional taxes, duties, or other shipping/customs fees. We will not reimburse customers who are subject to these fees, and we will not provide a refund for this reason. International customers are responsible for determining any applicable fees prior to placing their order.

If you decline your package due to duties/customs and it is returned to THE STATEMENT, you will need to pay for a new shipping label if you wish to receive your order. If your order was shipped with a free shipping promotion, a new shipping label will need to be purchased. Alternatively, if you wish to abandon your order, a 30% restocking fee will be applied, and the shipping fees paid will not be reimbursed. Additionally, there will be a $14 shipping fee ‘charge’ if your original order was shipped with a free shipping promotion.
