The Statement is proudly Canadian, with our skincare formulated and produced in Canada.
We choose ingredients for the role they serve within each formula, with quality, integrity and skin benefit guiding those decisions. When local sourcing makes sense, we value the opportunity to support Canadian suppliers and reduce the distance ingredients and materials travel.
Our responsibility doesn’t end with the formula. From more thoughtful packaging and shipping choices to recycling and environmental initiatives, we continue to look for meaningful ways to reduce our environmental footprint.

MEET SANDRA
My path to The Statement began with a question: Why had caring for our skin become so complicated?
My family and I had experienced our share of challenging skin concerns, along with years of trying different products and approaches in search of what made sense for our skin.
Drawing on my background in science, food and nutrition, holistic culinary arts, holistic facial care and cosmetic formulation, I began looking at skincare differently. Instead of starting with the next trend or another product to add to the routine, I kept coming back to the health of the skin itself.
That thinking became the foundation of The Statement: purposeful skincare rooted in ingredient knowledge, thoughtful formulation and a belief that effective skincare should support skin health while delivering meaningful results.
What began as something deeply personal became something much bigger: skincare designed for real skin, in real life.
