Turn the switch cover on the Glowry Stick toward the ‘ON’ marking, and the vibrations will begin. Hold the body of the Glowry Stick in your hand, keeping the T-shaped bar free.

Gently glide the tool across your face in upward and outward strokes, starting from the center and moving toward the hairline. Focus on the following areas for optimal results:

Forehead: Glide from the center of the forehead towards the temples and from the eyebrows to the hairline in an upward motion (do this across the entire forehead).

Cheeks: Glide from the nose towards the ears. Glide from the mouth towards the ears. Follow the contours of the face.

Jawline: Glide from the chin towards the ears. Follow the contours of the jaw.

Neck: Glide from the collarbone upwards towards the jawline and back down towards the collarbone (pay special attention to vertical lines in the neck). Work across the entire neck.

Mouth and Upper/Bottom Lip - Beginning in the center of the face, in the area between the nose and mouth (Upper Lip), hold the tool horizontally and move it along the skin following the contour of the mouth. Do this slowly, pausing at the corners of the mouth. Repeat this just below the bottom lip.

Eyes: Starting from the inner corner of the eye, press the tool into the delicate skin under the eye for 2-4 seconds. Then move the tool over and repeat this action until you reach the outer corner of the eye. For the upper eye, begin at the inner corner of the eye and move along the brow bone, allowing the tool to sit for 2-4 seconds in each position stopping at the outer corner of the eye. Do not drag the tool around the delicate area of the eyes- use a ‘pause and press’ action.
